TERMS & CONDITIONS

A booking is confirmed only after Krabi Outlanders accepts it and the required payment is received. Guests must provide accurate contact, participant, pickup and health information. The person booking accepts these terms for everyone in the group.

Prices are shown in Thai baht (THB) unless stated otherwise. A fixed deposit of 1,500 THB applies to the whole booking, regardless of the number of guests. It is not charged per person. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of the tour. Private-tour pricing is confirmed individually.

Cancellation by the guest is free with more than 24 hours' notice before the start of the tour. With less than 24 hours, no refund will be accepted under any circumstance, except in case of sudden illness or accident, provided a medical report is submitted. In that case, the refund of the amount paid will apply exclusively to the person who is ill (not to their companion) and will be 100%, minus the 6% commission charged by the payment gateway. Late arrivals and no-shows may lose the deposit. Contact us as soon as possible if plans change.

Krabi Outlanders cannot accept pregnant women or children under 4 years old on any of its tours, in any case. The 4x4 tour is not recommended for people with back problems, hernias or similar conditions that could affect their physical ability during the ride. It is each person's responsibility to assess their own physical capacity and the risk associated with the activity. Guests must also disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies and mobility needs before the tour, and children must be supervised by a responsible adult.

A minimum of 4 guests is required to run our semi-private tours. If that number is not reached, a solution will be agreed with you: changing the tour date, switching to another available tour, offering the same tour with another company, or a full refund.

Our priority is to implement effective safety measures, and any of our tours is subject to weather conditions and trail conditions. Circumstances such as heavy rain or tracks in poor condition may prevent the tour from running. In case of adverse weather we will try to change the date of your tour, change the itinerary or replace it with another type of excursion, making the corresponding price adjustment.

Krabi Outlanders reserves the right to make changes to the itineraries in order to improve the quality of the tour and adapt to the circumstances of the moment.

Adventure activities involve natural and unavoidable risks. Krabi Outlanders is not responsible for any physical injury or accidents, property damage or personal loss that occurs during your tour. The guest commits to being responsible for their own safety and accepts the risks related to the tour. Guests should wear suitable clothing and footwear, follow instructions and avoid behaviour that endangers themselves, other guests, local communities or wildlife. Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings and suitable travel insurance.

Only the items stated in the confirmed tour description are included. Personal expenses, optional activities, gratuities and anything not expressly listed are excluded. Pickup arrangements and dietary requests must be confirmed in advance.

Krabi Outlanders may use its guests' image solely for the purpose of promoting its social media by publishing photos taken during the tours. Guests always have the right to expressly request that no photo or image of them be published on any of those networks; the right to each guest's privacy prevails at all times. If you do not accept the transfer of visual content rights to Krabi Outlanders, you must express this by writing an email to info@krabioutlanders.com with the subject line: I DO NOT ACCEPT VISUAL RIGHTS TRANSFER.
